What is the interpretation for IBC Section 907.9.1.4 capability to support visible alarm notification? Horn would be only requirement and Horn/ strobe is not a required appliance for R-2 Apartments. Exception: For accessibility of the required units then the horn/ strobes in bathrooms/ sleeping units/ rooms.
