Individual Reservations by Telephone:

All guests shall make reservations directly with the Hotel at
(540) 563-9300 or 800-325-3535,
on an individual basis, identify themselves as
members of VFPA to receive the Group rate.

Other Reservation Terms

All rooms included in the Room Block require a one-night’s deposit
by guest check, money order or valid credit card by the

Reservation Cut-Off Date 0ctober 10, 2010.

Individual guest cancellations will be accepted up to seventy two (72) hours prior to arrival; however, the Room Block and attrition obligations shall not be modified. The deposit is refundable if timely notice of cancellation is given and a cancellation number obtained.

Lodging cost is not included in the conference fee.

Registration fee includes continental breakfast
and lunch both days and a box lunch to go at noon on Wednesday!!!

This year we will be sending postcards for conference notifications by mail. The postcards for the 2010 Fall Seminar will be in the mail in the next few days. You will need to either register for the conference online or print a registration form and mail it in.

Try registering Online and paying with Paypal! VFPA now accepts Paypal for conference and membership fees. Its fun, fast and no salesmen will come to your door!

Pre-registration is requested. We are no longer offering the "Bill Me" or "Pay at the Door" options. For your convenience and ours you can register online. Please use PayPal or mail your registration form with a check. If your jurisdiction is paying the seminar fee and the check is not ready due to administrative processing time, indicate on your registration form that a check has been requested from your jurisdiction and when the VFPA can expect payment.


NOTE: Starting with the 2011 Spring Conference, you must be an active member in good standing, i.e. dues have been paid, in order to take the member conference price.

If you take the member conference price and show up at the conference and you are not being shown as being an active member (dues paid in full) you will have a couple of options;

1. Present a valid membership card when you come to pick up your name tag.
(Yes we will be sending membership cards out before the end of the year.)
2. Present a canceled check presented to VFPA for your dues payment.
3. Pay the difference in the member and non member fee.

You will not be admitted into the conference if you have paid incorrectly
nor will any conference fees be refunded.
