  • Legal class – 4 Hours - Instructor Michelle Mayfield, Esq.
Michelle Mayfield an attorney from Reading PA. She works with the Fire Marshals, building officials and building and property maintenance people. The class features;
  • Enforcement Actions and the Legal Issues Emerging from Inspections
  • Stop work orders are vexing for both the code official and the applicant.
  • The role and opportunity of an administrative search warrant Participants will gain an understanding of the essential prerequisites necessary before initiating this most drastic of all enforcement measures.
  • Defining, recognizing and collecting evidence
