To join VFPA you must apply for membership. Our newest feature is an On-line application. Once completed your application is immediately forwarded to the VFPA Secretary for processing. There is a $30 membership fee that must be paid in order to process your application. The fee can be paid through Pay Pal. This is also the quickest way to have your application processed. Fees may also be paid using check, money order or a purchase order. Applications will not be processed until the membership fee is paid.

You may also apply for VFPA Membership by mail, email or fax. The same $30 membership fee applies and must be paid before your application can be processed. Use the link below to open a blank application form. You can fill it out and email it or print it, complete it then mail or fax it.

Once the application is received and the membership fee is paid, your application is presented to the VFPA Board of Directors, at their next scheduled meeting, for approval.
