Virginia Fire Prevention Association Member Information

A new barcode scanning system
is being developed to track hours at VFPA sponsored seminars and training. Members attending a seminar or class will be issued a name badge with a barcode on it. This barcode will need to be scanned when you are so instructed. In order for this system to function correctly we need the following information. This information will be kept confidential. Social Security numbers are being requested because the training records for you with the Department of Fire Programs are keyed on Social Security numbers.
