Membership Renewal Instructions

FIN TAX# 54-1299091

Instructions:
Please feel free to print these instructions before you proceed.

IT IS IMPARATIVE you remember / do the following when renewing your membership online;

1.If you are an office secretary and will be renewing membership for someone in your office, please use the person’s name that you are renewing for and NOT your name. You can however use your email in order to receive the automated confirmations.
2.If you are renewing for more than one person;
When you click the “Check Out” button at the bottom of the order form, you will be taken to a select payment screen. Click on your preferred payment method then click continue. A “Final Confirmation” screen will come up. DO NOT click the first “Continue / Place Order” button you see. At the bottom of the Final Confirmation screen there is a comment box. In this box you will need to enter the names of the people you are registering for. If you will exceed 250 characters you will need to email me a separate list of names referencing your order number, name and organization. jd.mitchell@vfpa.org
3.On the "checkout screen," please make sure you include your locality / jurisdiction in the "organization" field.
4.If you want to use PayPal and have a government issued credit card, you will need the credit card billing info in order to get PayPal to accept your credit card. There is still no guarantee even with that information PayPal will accept your card.
5. We are now offering a multi year renewal. You can renew for three years for $40 or you can still renew for one year for $20. If you are renewing for multiple people and are mixing the renewals, eg; renewing John Smith for one year and Tom Jones for three years, follow step 2 above and tell me that you want; John Smith - 1, Tom Jones - 3 OR John Smith - $20, Tom Jones - $40.

As usual should you run into any problems please feel free to email me and I’ll try to help you.
